February Favorites 2015

For this Makeup Monday post I wanted to start a new monthly favorites segment which highlights my five favorite beauty items that I've been loving over the past month.  Without any further ado lets go ahead and get started.

1.  Physicians Formula Eye Booster Instant Lash Extension Kit in Ultra Black $14.99 - Seriously the best mascara I've used in a very long time.  I recently posted a full review on it here but in a nutshell it gives you the appearance of wearing false lashes and it stays put on your lashes all day long.

2.  Color Club Holographic Nail Lacquer in Miss Bliss $7.50 - I love this brand's holographic nail polish line.  Get them in the sunlight and I dare you to stop looking at your nails because it's impossible, believe me...I've tried.  As if the colors aren't gorgeous enough this is the fastest drying nail polish I own.  If I have somewhere to be in about five minutes and my nails aren't done I will reach for a shade from their holographic line because it only takes one coat, dries fast, and looks so beautiful!

3.  Studio 35 Beauty Nail Polish Remover with Argan Oil $3.75 for 8 oz. - While we are on the topic of nail polish, lets talk about polish remover.  I recently discovered this gem at Walgreens when I ran out of nail polish remover and needed to pick up some more.  Not only does this remover take my polish off quickly but it doesn't strip the skin around my nails like some other polishes can.  I love it and it's so reasonably priced!

4.  Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer in Light $6.00 - I wish this brand was available in other stores and not just exclusively sold in Walmart but it's worth a trip there even so.  I get the shade light as I like a more highlighted look around my eyes.  I rarely get blemishes on my face so I just use this as an under eye concealer and I absolutely adore it.  It is very thick and heavily pigmented so all I have to use is the tiniest drop.  This stuff will last you forever!

5.  Real Techniques Expert Face Brush $8.99 -  I use this brush to apply my cream blush every day and I absolutely love it.  The bristles are densely packed and it is perfect for applying cream products as finding a good brush for more emollient products can be pretty tricky.  It is made of synthetic hair so it doesn't soak up too much product either which I love.
