Vitacost Haul

I just received a big box in the mail today from Vitacost and I wanted to share with you some of the things I purchased.  I enjoy watching haul videos on YouTube because it introduces me to things I never knew existed and gives me ideas of things to try out so why not share on here?  I'm also going to supply you with links in case you see something that strikes your fancy and want to know more about it.  To go to the link simply click on the item name below.  Without further ado, this is what came in my mail today.

Apparently select Vitacost coffee and teas are currently 15% off which includes this one so right now you can snag it for $2.54.  I am getting over a rough bout of seasonal allergies which left my throat sore for one entire day (seemed like a month) and left me without a voice for two full days.  I'm speaking much better today but I still sound quite manly.  At any rate it prompted me to add this to my cart before checking out.  I've heard good things about the Yogi brand tea but have never tried any.  I'm more of a loose tea kinda girl but desperate times call for desperate measures and the price was right so I will let you know what I think after I imbibe tonight.

I'm not a 100% natural deodorant convert but I'd say I use it 95% of the time.  Basically the only time I don't use it is when I'm working out.  It's just so much better for you with no cancer causing aluminum in it.  Right now I'm using LAVANILLA The Healthy Deodorant in Vanilla Coconut.  It costs $14 so if I like this one it will be so much more cost efficient.  I can't remember the last time I used a roll on deodorant but it got really good reviews on Vitacost so Ima try it.
Let's see, its $3.71, has good reviews, and no calories?  What more can I say?  I love chicken salads but the only problem is I have to convince myself to put this on it instead of reaching for Monical's French Dressing.  That may be more of a challenge than I'm willing to undertake but we will see!
I bought this to keep in my purse now that the weather is getting colder.  I currently have a L'Occitane hand cream in there but honestly I'm kinda sick of it.  The scent of it is a little overwhelming for me for some reason.  I will let you know what I think of this hand cream but after just performing a trial sniff it smells much better to me.  It has a clean, fresh scent.
When I purchased my house it did not have a dishwasher so about three months later I purchased one and it's just now being installed a whole year after I moved in!  All the electrical is run to it I just have to wait for plumbing and I cannot wait!  I've had good luck in the past with the Finish brand tablets but I'm trying to be more natural in all my products which include household, not just health and beauty.  I can't wait to get my dishwasher hooked up so I can see what these puppies are made of as they received really good reviews.
A better face wash was what prompted my Vitacost order in the first place.  I was using Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash but the funny thing about it is it would make me sneeze.  As in sneeze uncontrollably every night for at least twenty minutes.  I've never experienced anything like that with a face wash so once I convinced myself my post cleansing sneezing was due to my face wash I immediately stopped using it and the sneezing has since ceased (at least the sneezing after I wash my face).  I think I will use it as a bubble bath instead just to use it up, but at any rate I had to break out a travel size cleanser just to get me by until this came in the mail so I can't wait to try it out tonight.  It has a lavender scent which will be really nice and soothing just before bed.
I use this in my teas mostly but also in place of sugar.  It's a staple in my house.  It's the best substitute I have found while still being healthy which is more than I can say for Sweet N Low.  Are they still making that!?!
So there you have it.  The only item out of my haul I have purchased before is the Truvia so I will start testing out the other items and let you all know what I think.  For those who are new to Vitacost and would like to save $10 on their order of $30 or more please click here.  They have really great prices on all their items and it comes directly to your door.
On this order I saved $16.71 over retail price and I found brands that my local stores don't carry.  Also it's nice because over several days, as I need things, I add them to my cart and then when I rack up $49 worth of items I check out because it's free shipping at that level.  It's so convenient and I don't have to worry about the time it takes to drive to the store or fuel costs.  I can simply shop at night when I'm curled up in bed in my pajamas, and hopefully not after having a sneezing fit from my face cleanser!
