Weekly Update at the Flip House April 27, 2014

Now that the roof is on we have started major demo on the inside of the house.  I will just let the before and after pictures speak for themselves as you will get the drift of what's going on.

Moving on to the kitchen here's what it looked like before:

We are undecided as far as what we are going to do with the wall whether we are just going to move the door to make the kitchen more functional or remove the wall completely.  I vote for removing the wall completely and using cabinets with a backing as the wall divider but we will see.

Finally here are some before pictures of what I've been calling the wood room:

The handrail and wood wall have been removed which really opens up this area and allows for better air circulation upstairs. 

Even though things are very messy the more we dig into this house the more excited I'm getting to see how its going to turn out!
